Patient updates regarding setting up your appointment, intake and paperwork, confirming your appointment, updates on the status of your testing, coordinating your care - including confirmation that testing or reports have been sent to you, for example, any responding to any questions you may send to us through text message regarding time of appointment or virtual appointment links, for example.

Message Frequency 

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring messages from us. The frequency of these messages may vary, depending on whether you are a therapy or testing patient but are consistent with your appointment, services and treatment.

Potential Associated Costs

Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges and code incurred from receiving messages.

How To Opt-in 

To opt in to a message service you must provide explicit consent through the intake paperwork or patient application form or contact form.

How To Opt-Out 

You can opt out of receiving further messages at any time by replying with “opt-out”. After opting-out, you will no longer receive further messages unless you opt back in
