As a business, we communicate periodically via SMS with our clients. SMS information or numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances. We do not use SMS to market services to a client. We only use SMS pertained to professional psychological services that we provide at the request of the client or their referring provider – their primary care physician, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, neurologist, school counselor, or other medical provider.

By completing the patient application form, our contact form, any other testing services application form, the intake and consent forms, you agree to receive text notifications. An opt-in is included in these forms.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text messages and notifications, reply with STOP or OPT OUT to any mobile message sent to you related to our services. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out.
