We only use SMS related to professional psychological services that we provide at the request of the client or their referring provider – their primary care physician, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, neurologist, school counselor, or other medical provider.

By completing the patient application form, our contact form, any other testing services application form, the intake and consent forms, you agree to receive text notifications. An opt in is included in these forms.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text messages and notifications, reply with STOP or OPT OUT to any mobile message sent to you related to our services.
